“My boyfriend and I flew in from Philly into the Manchester Airport for a trip I planned for his birthday. Making a reservation with a company in an area I wasn't familiar with was a little nerve-wracking for me especially for the special occasion I was planning the trip for. Through some emails back and forth regarding the planning of special arrangements I felt a little more content realizing we were in good hands but I didn't know just how much until we met Steve outside holding my requested 'Happy Birthday' sign (for my boyfriend) with a smile on his face! Steve at Axis went above and beyond making sure our ride was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, which it was. He was both very friendly and extremely courteous. “We used Axis Coach on two occasions recently. Both times we used a town car which was very roomy, with extra leg room. Very comfortable for four adults. The chauffeurs on both occasions were prompt and courteous. We were given introductions and contact information right away and were offered some water for our ride. He called my cell phone when he saw the plane landed early to let me know where to meet him, and he was very courteous.
